heroesvow.wiki is run by a small editorial team that maintains this guide to Heroes' Vow: Three Kingdoms. If something here is wrong, out of date or missing, we want to know.

How to reach us

Write to the editorial team at contact@heroesvow.wiki. That is the only contact address this site publishes, and it is the one we use for corrections, rights questions and privacy questions alike.

This site has no contact form. Nothing on this page submits anywhere and there is no field here to type into; a message reaches us only if you send it by email.

What we can act on

• Factual corrections. A date, a price, a review figure, a platform or a language claim that is wrong or has gone out of date.
• A first-party source we missed. A studio announcement, a Steam announcement, a change to the store page or to the Workshop.
• A name in circulation we do not list. The name-confusion page tracks the spellings of this game and of the unrelated works with similar titles; a new spelling with a source is useful.
• Broken pages. Routes that 404, outbound links that no longer resolve, tables that render badly on your device.
• Copyright and trademark concerns. A name, a quotation, an image or another piece of material on this site that you believe should not be published here, or should be attributed differently.
• Privacy questions. A question or a concern about what this site collects — the privacy policy sets out how contact messages and analytics are handled.

What to include in a message

A report we can act on usually carries all of the following:

1. The page URL where you saw the problem.
2. The exact text or asset concerned — the sentence, table row, link or image, quoted as it appears on the page, or the URL of the material itself.
3. The action you are asking for — a correction, a removal, a different attribution, or an answer to a question.
4. A reliable source or other supporting evidence, where the point depends on a fact. A link is worth far more than a description: our sourcing rules start with first-party pages.
5. The game, platform and version, and the date, where the point depends on a build, a patch, a store listing or a price.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent, unofficial guide. We are not the developer, the publisher, Valve or an official support channel, so we cannot act on anything inside the game or on Steam:

• account bans, restrictions or account recovery;
• lost or corrupted saves, and the Early Access save questions described on the home page;
• purchases, refunds or pricing disputes;
• bug reports, crashes or server problems;
• technical support of any kind.

For all of those, use the game's own channels. The studio's official links — Steam store page, Steam announcements, Steam community hub, Steam Workshop, Discord, X, YouTube and Bilibili — are listed in the footer of every page on this site, and each one is verified as belonging to this game. We are not part of any of them and cannot forward messages into them.

Safety

This page has no form, and this site stores no message you send it. Do not email passwords, payment information, account credentials, save files or other sensitive data — we never need them to look at a correction. The privacy policy explains how a message is delivered and what happens to it.

What happens to a correction

We check the report against a first-party source. If the page is wrong, we change it and move the page's checked date. If the report turns out to be mistaken, the page stays as it is. Either way the page's date tells you when it was last verified, and we do not silently rewrite pages.

We read what reaches us, but this is a small independent site: we do not promise a reply, and we do not promise a response time.
